Light Salmon

Light Salmon color was initially named for its vivid resemblance to the flesh of Atlantic salmon. In the 1980s, the Italian Memphis design group boldly used high-profile warm colors similar to Light Salmon to rebel against modernist minimalist coldness. This post-modern, playful use of color propelled creative applications of Light Salmon in graphic design.
